Madison Partners is pleased to announce the successful completion of leasing at 150 S. El Camino Drive in Beverly Hills, CA. Imagine Entertainment, has signed a new 7 year lease for 28,000 sq. ft. will occupy the remaining available space at the building.

The 60,000 sq. ft. building was sold by Madison Partners off-market to Kennedy Wilson fully vacant in 2013, after which Kennedy Wilson conducted a full scale renovation, including a remodel of the interior and exterior. Madison Partners’ Bob Safai, Tony Ranger and Joe King represented Kennedy Wilson, successfully landed two new tenants that resulted in the property being 52% pre-leased by the time the renovations were completed in Q1 2016. The final lease to Imagine Entertainment brought the property to 100% occupancy.

“The property offers an incredible location that is historically significant within the entertainment industry,” said Safai, adding, “Kennedy Wilson practically rebuilt the entire building from the frame up through the renovation process.”

150 S. El Camino Drive is a 3-story, Class A office building located just one block south of the world-renowned intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Rodeo in the heart of the most desired locations in the world and includes tenants such as Imagine Entertainment, Douglas Elliman, and Entertainment One.

Madison Partners’ worked in cooperation with Tony Morales and Blake Searles of JLL, who represented Imagine Entertainment in the leasing transaction.
