PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
A commercial real estate veteran in the industry since 1998, Matt Case brings a thorough knowledge of all areas and aspects of finance and investment sales of commercial real estate. Over his career, he has completed over 1 billion in commercial real estate loans inclusive of debt and equity deals for office buildings, retail centers and industrial parks. He has been responsible for deals in which structured finance was the catalyst in the consummation of the transaction.
Prior to joining Madison Partners, Matt held the position Vice President at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage and Amherst Real Estate Capital. His professional affiliations include the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Matt is a graduate of the University of Oregon where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. An eighth generation Californian, he grew up in the San Gabriel Valley and attended Loyola High School in Los Angeles.
