Joe King was hired in 2007 by Intelligent Beauty (IB) to identify and locate an area where IB could start their growth companies. Their first office was 4,000 square feet in Continental Park. Since that time, IB started 3 companies Sensa, DermStore and JustFab. Over the first 5 years they’ve grown throughout Continental Park to approximately 85,000 square feet.

In 2012, JustFab was established and quickly grew from 10,000 to 30,500 square feet within 24 months. JF needed to find 100,000 square feet by 2015 to accelerate their growth and recently signed a 15 year lease at 800 Apollo with a lease consideration of approximately $70 million.
