PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Brad Schlaak, a Senior Executive Director with Madison Partners, has over 21 years of commercial real estate experience, and has a multi-disciplinary background in investment sales, acquisitions/dispositions, leasing, asset management, capital structuring, corporate services, and investment analysis. Brad has worked with a number of asset types including office, industrial, retail, multi-family, land, and special-use properties. Brad’s analytical approach and diverse background gives him the ability to navigate complex transaction structures to successfully manage outcomes for optimal results.

Prior to joining Madison Partners, Brad’s background includes key roles with a number of real estate firms, including Spyglass Realty Partners, Cabi Developers / GICSA, and The Staubach Company. Brad is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and is a licensed California real estate broker. Brad has completed over $1.1 billion of commercial real estate transactions.
