Playa Vista, a 1,087 acre master-planned development in West Los Angeles, is the first new master-planned community to be established in the area in more than 50 years.
Natural Preserve: including Ballona Wetlands, Riparian Corridor and Westchester Bluffs. This area is preserved as natural habitat and not entitled for commercial development.
Phase I: This area includes over 3,100 completed residential homes, townhomes, condominiums and apartments as well as Concert Park, restaurants, amenities and public facilities.
Phase II: The Village (under construction): to include 2,800 residential units, 220,000 SF of retail in the Town Center, and 100,000 SF of community/service office space.
