January 8, 2007: CF Burbank Office LP, a subsidiary to Lionstone Partners Ltd., acquired the 137,707 square-foot Alameda Media Center at 2901 W. Alameda Avenue in Burbank from subsidiaries of MJ Realty Group for $46.3 million, or about $336.50 per square foot.

Built in 1981 specifically for Ascent Media, the seven-story, Class A office known as Alameda Media Center is on 1.188 acres. Ascent Media utilized more than $10 million of its own capital into the infrastructure and buildings systems and more than $3 million was invested to create five screening and editing studios.
