March 1, 2012: Madison Partners is pleased to announce the sale of the Baltimore SRO Hotel in Downtown Los Angeles for $9.8 million. The sale consisted of three properties to a partnership called Bristol 423 who bought the buildings in a bankruptcy auction.

The partnership consists of developers who hope to clean up the properties and make them attractive to young artistic types that are populating this area of Downtown LA.
