April 25, 2008: For the second time in less than 3 years, Madison Partners has sold 811 7th Street in Downtown Los Angeles for $23.5 million.
The 13-story Fine Arts Building, originally built in 1928 as a studio and gallery for downtown artists, was fully restored as a premier office building. The Fine Arts Building is a Los Angeles Cultural Heritage Monument and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
This one-of-a-kind historic building is adjacent to the Metro Subway and Downtown’s renovated retail centers. It is a premier central business district location.
