Easton Sports Completes Sale Leaseback
VNSH LLC purchased the Easton Bldg at 7855 Haskell Ave. in Van Nuys, CA for $12.35 million, or about $156 per square foot, from Easton Properties II LLC.
Built in 1986 as a build-to-suit for Easton Sports, the office building totals 79,292 square feet on 2.3 acres in Los Angeles County. Easton Sports, a manufacturer of sporting equipment, helmets and clothing under the brand names Easton Bell, Riddell and Giro Helmets, signed a lease back deal for the property through 2016.
Lynwood Fields of Madison Partners, along with Gary Weiss and Jennifer Frisk at LA Realty Partners, represented the seller.
